📢 Short Information : Delhi High Court (DHC) has released the official recruitment notification for Senior Personal Assistant (SPA) and Personal Assistant (PA) for 150 posts. Eligible candidates with a Graduate Degree and English Shorthand & Typing skills can apply online from 15 September 2026 to 05 October 2026.

• Personal Assistant (PA): Level 7 (Pay Matrix: ₹44,900 - ₹1,42,400)

Selection Process

• Stage 1: English Shorthand Tests (Shorthand Dictation & Typing Test)
• Stage 2: Written Examination (Objective Type MCQs)
• Stage 3: Descriptive Test (English Language)
• Stage 4: Interview
• Stage 5: Document Verification & Medical Examination

Exam Pattern & Syllabus

1. Stage-I: English Shorthand Test

• SPA: 110 wpm speed dictation (5 minutes) & Transcription time 45 minutes on computer.
• PA: 100 wpm speed dictation (5 minutes) & Transcription time 40 minutes on computer.
• Typing Speed: Minimum 40 wpm in English.

2. Stage-II: Written Examination (120 Marks)

• General English: 50 Marks
• General Knowledge & Current Affairs: 40 Marks
• General Intelligence & Reasoning: 30 Marks

3. Stage-III: Descriptive Test (75 Marks)

• Essay Writing, Precis Writing, Translation, and Comprehension.

How to Fill Delhi High Court PA / SPA Online Form 2026

1. Visit the official portal of Delhi High Court (delhihighcourt.nic.in) or NTA portal between 15/09/2026 to 05/10/2026.
2. Read the detailed notification carefully before starting the application.
3. Complete the New Candidate Registration using Mobile Number & Email ID.
4. Fill in personal, educational, and shorthand/typing skill details accurately.
5. Upload scanned Photograph, Signature, and required Certificates in proper size and format.
6. Pay the prescribed application fee via online payment gateway.
7. Preview your application form and submit it. Take a printout of the final application confirmation page for future reference.
